Ordering here is hit or miss. I'm guessing the quality of the order is based on who's on the clock when you place your order. Sandwiches were sloppy. My hot chocolate with a shot of espresso was just a cup of large, brownish liquid with the faintest taste of chocolate and ZERO expresso. Past experiences have also been hit or miss

they didnt have the Apple Fritter so they matched the price with an glazed and frosted vanilla donut which i was happy with so ty overall 5/5

Dunkin' Donuts are lame and they suck!!! They did not secure my hot chocolate which spilled in the bag and got my blueberry muffin wet. I wanted to save the muffin for later but I can not because the bag that it is in is damaged. The sandwiches always look old and dry and the order is sloppy. The only reason I order from them is because of the hot chocolate. That's the best. Their donuts are lame and they always look old! They never seem or taste fresh when they don't have what you want they give you the dry cake plain donut like who eats that?
