When Earl’s opened in 2005, we set three main principles upon which to build: we will roast our own whole turkeys, center-cut pork loin and eye of round beef for sandwiches (no cold cut “lunch meats” …
The Bay of Pigs and the Hand-Cut French Fries are both so good. I was torn between three sandwiches and I'm so happy that I chose this one. I had special
requests and each one was met. Even though the fries didn't make it to me piping hot, which you can't really expect with delivery anyways, they were still warm and delicious. This bread! I don't even love bread and I want more of it.

Overpriced for size of portions and mediocre tastes. Beef and Bleu - beef was bland and bread soggy, over powered by blue cheese flavor and wilted lettuce. Bay of Pigs was tasty overall, but very salty (and I like salt) probably could have benefited from more pork loin and less proccuito. New Orleans-Style Turkey Gumbo awful, tasted nothing like gumbo, rather it tasted like old chop suey (or perhaps just old turkey and watery gravy) and lacked any NoLA flavor or spice. I'm not sure if bad batch or if this is the way it always tastes.

We order from Earl's a few times a month. My wife is partial to the Cranberry Turkey, while I am smitten by the Roasted Earl. A deceptively simple sandwich, the Roasted Earl. Pork, peppers, and garlic mayo. Nevertheless, it is a treat for the palate. I order the sweet potato fries not out of a desire for vitamins and fiber, but because they taste so damn good. Honestly, we've never been disappointed with any of our selections. Mostly, we're delighted.

If your looking for a tasty $20 sandwich, should look for another spot. We ordered 2 Turkey Reubens and all you could taste was the soft barely toasted white bread. Everything was under seasoned from meat to Russian dressing. Even the fries were soggy and with no salt. If you are going to charge +$20 for a sandwich please season it and put some care into it.

The chili is very hearty and very good. The sandwich was also very good but by the time it was delivered the bottom piece of bread was starting to get soggy. I doubt this was an issue if made fresh, however. The pesto spread is also very good!<<taggedItemId=3887253692>>
