Maplehouse bagels were flat and had the texture of a wet pancake. Order a lot and this has never happened before. Spoke with Mgr.

I order here probably 4-5 times a week and it's always good, just a few blips. Always a good portion of smear, always tasty and fresh.

the brisket sandwich looks just awful.. there is hardly any meat on it and it is cold. There is obviously no quality or care that goes in to their food at Einstein bagels. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go somewhere else!

My driver did awesome. Communication was on point especially about the restaurants delays and how long until my order would be ready. Food was great as always. I did have to wait an hour for my food but it twas Mothers day so it figures. Other than that I and my other half enjoyed our meal and will definitely order from them again. Happy campers
