I like my food very simple but flavorful. El Mariachi definitely understands me! I order the Burrito with Birria as the meat choice, with no cilantro and no onions, extra crispy. its just rice and beans and meat and its PERFECT! The beans are some of the best I've ever had besides my Abuelas and the red rice is always cooked to perfection but its the Birria with its very small hint of cinnamon I believe in the connsomme that they must cook it in that really makes this burrito head and shoulders above Memos or California Burrito, IMHO. Comes with a small red sauce and a small green sauce on side that are both homemade and very flavorful. Also comes with a handful of jalapeños on the side for no charge and a couple slices of lime 5 out 5 HIGHLY recommend!

El Mariachi never misses on anything you order. You could be blindfolded and just pick something on the menu. Do not worry, it is good. Queso birrias and birria ramen are really good. So are the burritos. Oh and the tortas and quesadillas. Get yourself some horchata too. Enjoy!
