The chicken was dry and the skin tough. The salad did not have the dressing that was ordered. The amount of guacamole was so small that I had to hunt for it. I couldn't find it. I ordered a sauce for the chips. They sent Pico de Gallo. So, overall, this was a bad experience.

I enjoyed the classic chicken tostada salad. I used my own dressing as the dressing that came with had no flavor at all, cilantro cream. It's quite a trick to make cilantro flavorless. Just my opinion of my experience.

Ordered DoorDash as my vehicle is in the shop and they didnt give cilantro dressing for loco salad. Had to throw the drink away because El Pollo doesnt have stickers on the drink opening nor tape on the lid which makes it scary to drink from a delivery.
