The chicken sol bowl is amazing and enough to share with your little one! My 19 month old devours it and we still have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I tried the Chips & Queso and it didn't disappoint! Highly recommend

Everything at El Sol is amazing, fresh, and highly customizable. I order a Sol Bowl pretty frequently, and it never feels boring because of all the things you can do with it. Having the Barbacoa Tacos, and they're all there, they do not skimp on anything.

I love authentic Mexican, and let's be real Plattsburgh is slim pickings. I hadn't tried el sol yet and I am glad I did! Got the Beef Tacos (3) and Shredded Chicken Quesadilladed Chicken Quesadilla in case I didn't like one or the other but they both were fantastic. Nice and fresh/delicious. Queso was good too. Highly recommend if you like authentic Mexican.
