Ordered late night and it came hot and fresh ! Not bad I actually liked it ,fresh and crispy .
Also it's a different taste compared to other fast food restaurants ,the only thing is that they take their sweet time to prep it it took my dasher about 1 hour to deliver through otherwise im happy with this restaurant.

We order the order almost an hour ago so that I don’t have to wait in the line, but they didn’t even start to make the order until we got there. The chicken was burned . The chips were hard not crispy and no chicken salt

I ordered this thinking it is like the other Genuine Broaster Chicken restaurants.
Instead, I received very soggy short cuts of chips (usually chips is extremely nice and crunchy).
The chicken was the most pathetic chicken I've had by miles. I'm not sure where they get their chicken from, but the pieces have shrunken in size gradually over time. Their drumstick is tinier than a half wing. They used to put one drumstick, one wing, one breast etc... in Dinner Boxes, now it's just a pair of ting drumsticks and a pair of the thigh part attached to the drumstick. Basically the smallest pieces of chicken they can offer. I would have preferred them increasing the prices and keeping the size/quality as before, not vice versa.
I'm surprised they still are busy. I guess people have no standards when it comes to eating nowadays. Or they just don't notice everything shrinking and quality degrading.

The Crispy Burger is absolutely totally amazing and delicious as good as another local chicken establishment very very tasty with a good punch of spice
