Customer service was excellent. The lady who helped me was courteous and patient. I gave 4 stars because although the rib tips were good, mine was cold. The portion of tips with 2 sides wasn't worth $13.

I ordered the Chili Cheese Fries, and while it was good, the beans were still a bit hard and needed to be cooked longer. The fries were also cooked on the lighter side. That said, I would still order it again.
