Meats were done well. Regular and spicy BBQ sauces are good. The Corn Bread Muffins are good and are full size muffins, much larger than I thought. The Peach Cobbler was disappointing. The filling was nice but the crust/dough looked and tasted unbaked.

Corn was overcooked. ribs were not fall off the bone. it was much better at the Nugget best of the west rib cook off in Sparks, NV

I usually like the food here but today it was extremely salty and had it been any more tough it wouldn't have been edible. The rib today were definitely over cooked.
