Rice was old and hard, no lettuce was added to the Burrito Bowl and absolutely no sauce. Disgusting. Side Sauce that I ordered was tiny, less than a teaspoon for $2

The food is good. But they always get my order wrong. Often they forget to put chicken in the Burrito Bowl, put in incorrect ingredients, put in any sauce, or get the order wrong entirely. I don't know what's going on over there. My order is always correct when I buy it in person and always incorrect when ordering through door dash. And door dash doesn't often refund the full amount for the incorrect item, so now I'm out money and I can't eat my food. It's frustrating.
Hopefully someone fixes what's wrong
