They have veggie sausage on the menu but don't carry it. They did not adjust my price accordingly.
They also forget things a lot, like my apples today. I ended up with the right bagel, the hash browns on the bagel, and the hummus on the side. (sadly, it was a flavor that I don't like they don't give details about what flavor it might be, leaving people to assume it's plain. it's not). that's it - bagel with hash browns - crunchy, sure, but very dry and uninteresting. the apples - even a plain hummus - would have made a tremendous difference!! very disappointed!

They called me because they ran out of the bagel I wanted - understand. Then, they were out of my veggie- WHICH THEY HAD BEEN OUT OF FOR DAYS!
