No napkins, aujus in separate bag and container but it leaked all over both bags and top of sandwich. Sandwich was hot and tasty and pickle was nice not soggy and rubbery.

Requested no mustard due to allergy and mustard was still put on sandwich Receipt on bag and online order receipt both showed confirmation of no mustard. Bad quality check especially for an allergen!

Stayed at a local hotel and ordered the large Hook & Ladder® subs for dinner, making both a combo (chips and a drink). They were great. The subs were the perfect dinner after a long day of driving. Highly recommend.
