• DoorDash orderthe potato soup is not worthy of being on the menu. i was expecting a heartier chunkier soup and this was bland and barely any potato pieces. only item i have tried i have been diappointed with.

• DoorDash orderAlways good but I've noticed lately that the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller. More bread and less meat. I'd like to see it balanced a bit more, especially for the price. Overall the sandwich was tasty as usual.

• DoorDash orderAlways good. Hook & Ladder® is always my go to. Always top quality food. Only Minor complaint is they don't always include my side pickle when I order it but it's no big deal. Side note: they have the best pickles! Haha :)

• DoorDash orderThey can never follow simple directions such AS NO PICKLE?!? But then slap on a sticker that reads " this order was double-checked for deliciousness and accuracy." I get it's just a pickle but it makes the entire sandwich taste like pickles and im not a fan of them. This has happened multiple times now!
