I really like firehouse. I get a sub every week lately there has been barely and ham on my sandwiches . That's the main reason I get them is for the ham . Now I just have to check my sub everytime to make sure there is meat 2x I had togo back because there wasnt any at all .

No napkins, no utensils, not much Tuna Salad and missing toppings overall pretty dismal. Will switch to another sub store. Pickle. Was good.

Horrible, how do you allow a product so burnt and dried out leave your restaurant...is quality NOT important to you...thats the last order Firehouse subs will receive from us...2 Firehouse Meatball® subs and both buns burnt to a crisp and the meatballs were dried out, could even attempt to eat.

The chili wasnt good and neither was the Tuna Salad . It had a very strange taste to it I had to throw it away
