First ever order, absolutely not the last!!! Meatball sammich friggin excellent! Brisket n cheddar even better!!! Chili as it should be with beans, delicious! Yeah excellent food. Bread is great soft and chewy, just perfect all the way around!

First time to eat here. The bread tastes good and is very fresh. Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was so good and filled me up. Will eat here again

This is by far the worst sandwich I've ever had from this restaurant the bread is wet and soggy and the meat is 90% fat. This is not worth the $20 I paid.

Judging by the size of the half full "bowl" of chili, I imagine the must use a thimble to hold the "cup"? It's about half the size of the Wendy's small chili at double the price.

They only offer one size for the Firehouse Meatball® (SMALL). It's so small, it's shorter than the pickle they sent with it. Perfect for a two year old but not for anyone older than that. I was left still very hungry. They need to include all three size options as they do in store.
