• DoorDash orderHaven't been to Firehouse in a couple years and it definitely seems to have gone downhill. I'd expect to have spent half the price based on the quality of food received.
The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was extremely fatty / cheap cut and there was zero cheddar or BBQ sauce to be found.
The Firehouse Meatball® was edible but the meatballs tasted extremely generic/fast food tasting. The meat was ground too fine and so it had no texture to them. The meatballs had no flavor to them. Luckily the sauce added a little.

• DoorDash orderI ordered a bowl of potato soup with onions and cheese. I also ordered a cup of potato soup with no onions. I received 2 potato soup that were the same size and with same ingredients. Dissatisfied that I paid more for the bowl of potato soup.

Also, when I added bacon to my soup I was pleasantly surprised to find large chunks of bacon instead of bacon bits (which was what I was expecting)
