My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. I have dreams about that one! But all the Firehouse sandwiches are hands-down the best you can get. Compared with Jersey Mikes it's a no-brainer. The last Jersey Mikes sandwich I had was so soggy I literally gagged and could not finish it. I'll never go there again.
If you want a great sub sandwich, nothing beats Firehouse Subs.

Got two New York Steamer® and they both were half fat and gristle. Really disappointed. We dont order out much but I had a giftcard from my work. This used to be my favorite menu item and the meat was tender. Idk if its just this location or the quality of the meat has gone down at all firehouses. Kid liked the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub .

The Hook and Ladder is a family favorite! The customer service is outstanding and the food is delicious. I highly recommend bith the place and the sandwich.

They were rude to me and threw my sandwich don when they were giving it to me. the food tasted good though!
