the sandwich came warm which I thought was a cold sandwich. the bacon sucked it was not cooked at all! I'm not happy with my order at all😏

The Hook and Ladder is a family favorite! The customer service is outstanding and the food is delicious. I highly recommend bith the place and the sandwich.

My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. I have dreams about that one! But all the Firehouse sandwiches are hands-down the best you can get. Compared with Jersey Mikes it's a no-brainer. The last Jersey Mikes sandwich I had was so soggy I literally gagged and could not finish it. I'll never go there again.
If you want a great sub sandwich, nothing beats Firehouse Subs.
