The sandwich barely had any ham on it! It had more onions than meat. Very disappointed. I have eaten at Firehouse Subs for years and they have always been generous on the deli meat, but not today

Sandwiches were literally drowning in mayo, to the point where bread was soggy on arrival. Food also took around 40-50 minutes to be delivered, a driver spent more than 80% of that time waiting on our order.

The Italian is so good and satisfied every time. Could use fresher veggies however. Both lettuce and tomorrow were not fresh.
