Sandwich was very delicious. the staff was very friendly. I thought I purchased a bogo deal and only got one sandwich. they were going to make me another one for free, even though I was mistaken. I did not take the free sandwich but I appreciate the gesture!

The Firehouse Meatball® is so damng good. The seasoning on top of the cheese was so delicious and defined and the meatballs were great, meaty, had great flavor and the garlic roll option you can upg is worth it, the sandwich goes up another level

My French dip did not come with Au Jus sauce. It wasn't wrapped in two halves like asked and it came with pickles when I asked for none. The sandwich its self was absolutely Delicious . And I will order again just missed the mark on the customer service part.

I ordered a bottle of Coke for tomorrow and they sent a fountain Coke that will not be good tomorrow. And charged more for the bottle too.
