The Club on a Sub™ is so delicious! I don't know what this sauce is, but I want it on everything! The Hook & Ladder.® is very good. And the Mac & Cheese is creamy and good, but under seasoned. A fork and some salt and pepper would have been nice.

Have ordered twice, both times wrong and missing things. Pickles are missing in orders, the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder is missing multiple ingredients on it (chips, cheese, lettuce). the Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was missing cheese, just has steak and peppers. Last order my sandwich was completely wrong. They are not checking for accuracy.

0 stars order was all wrong. On sandwich was the right one but nothing changed on it. 2nd one was a complete different sandwich. Very disappointed hire better people
