Everything was 10/10!! The meat was tender and and the vegetables were not over cooked. Every dish tasted different and was super flavorful.

Ordered the House 408. 招牌炒麵 / House Crispy Noodles / Mì Xào Giòn Thập Cẩm—it’s a bit soupy this time, not as thick as before.
313. 揚州炒飯 / Young Chow Fried Rice / Cơm Chiên Dương Châu, For the price, it’s not enough to feed five people, but it’s really good though!

A 29. 香茅酥雞 / Crispy Chicken with Lemongrass / Gà Xào Xả Tiêu is absolutely divine. The bone in chicken kept the meat most and made the chicken pieces almost like eating wings. It was a great balance of onion to meat and perfect over steamed 311. 白飯 / Steamed Rice / Cơm Trắng. The rice portion is massive. One will comfortably feed a family of four.
The 516. 海鮮大燴 / Seafood Supreme / Đại Hội, Đồ Biển was more broccoli focused than seafood but it reminded me of living in China. A delicate, velvety seafood sauce was divine with a little soy added to the dish.

The food is absolutely delicious! I ordered 4 dishes and each of them were wonderful. Good fresh food, I can tell there aren't a bunch of additives in it. Definately get the 102. 淨鮮蝦雲吞 / Fresh Shrimp Wonton Soup / Hoành Thánh and the 201. 明爐燒鴨 / Delicious Roast Duck / Vịt Quay and the 418. 干炒牛河 / Beef Flat Noodles / Hủ Tiếu Thịt Bò Xào Khô. You will NOT regret it!

The food was plentiful. I was just not a fan of its flavor. I found the fried rice to be very dry and lacking in any salt or seasoning or soy sauce and the duck was similarly flavorless, although very tender. The barbecue pork was very dry very overcooked and just gross. It all had a horrible smell. I paid way too much money to try something new and throw nearly all of it away. I will never do order from here again.
