The Hamburger and fries were great, HOWEVER I DID NOT GET MY Milkshake. TBH, the restaurant did call me to let me know since the driver didn't speak English. They advised I contact DoorDash for a refund.

$5 for a small side of fries is a lot but the usually portion makes it worth while. The last two times I ordered I have gotten a half full cup and a small amount in the bag that when added to the cup just barley filled it. Defiantly not $5 worth of potatoes. Thats two strikes.

Everything was fine. People here rave endlessly about Five Guys, so I was surprised at how just ok the food was. Also being from California, I guess we are spoiled there, as we are surrounded by In N' Outs, and non-chains that serve great burgers. But Five Guys was pretty good. I was happy to see the lettuce and tomato were fresh (the tomato slice wasn't green) on this burger, as I've found this to be a rarity here in the Midwest. The fries were average tasting. If I had to choose between Five Guys and Burger King, honestly, I would order from Burger King. The same selection of food is almost $20 less. Five Guys is fine; it's not their fault they were over-hyped. So while they aren't serving gourmet fantasy burgers as I had heard, they are fine, if over-priced. Food arrived nicely fresh and warm.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. First time ever having five guys and I feel like I could get a better hot dog from sonic. Bacon Dog was disgusting. The hotdog came on a hamburger bun, the bacon was burnt to a crisp. The Little Fries were just a cold soggy mess. Definitely not worth the price or the bad taste it will leave in your mouth.

They took a large cup and dump fries into the bag then left the full cup of fries in there too I mean extra fries but mid service
