I don't know why people rave about this place. Every time I've gotten it, in a couple of different states, it's always soggy. I had to remove bun and eat it with a fork. Hamburger Regular Fries Regular Cajun Fries

I ordered the bacon hamburger with grilled onions mayo pickles and tomato and A-1 sauce. The burger looked great, but was missing the sauce, and the buns werent toasted enough so they got mushy and the Bacon Burger fell apart. My daughter had a Bacon Cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions and bbq sauce and she didnt have the bbq sauce. Other than that it was very tasty!

both burgers were made wrong. one i was charged for bacon and didn't receive. this is the 1st 5 guys I've had to leave a negative review
