I love 5 guys burgers!! They always taste good and they are worth the price! Especially because they give you tons of fries and you dont get charged for each topping on your burger!!

Usually the food is really good. However, when I went there recently, the fries weren't that great, back to back in the same visit. Also, I was informed by DoorDash that the merchants are the ones who set the prices, and I noticed that it's more expensive to order Five Guys through DoorDash. Unfortunately, I most likely won't order from them until they decide to fix it. All other restaurants that I order from in DoorDash is price matched with what prices they already have set in their stores , and Five Guys is the exception.

Guys. Why are we smashing them while burger. This looks disgusting in person. This looks like literal mush. These burgers are supposed to be premium. What gives?

Regular Cajun Fries I would recommend against ordering and going to the store in person. This is the second time my "Cajun fries" have just been regular fries and there was another time my burger came without patties. Too expensive to mess up on almost every order placed. It's partially my fault for thinking they'll do better and continuing to order.

My order arrived hot and fresh. Fourth time ordering from Five Guys, and they have not disappointed me yet. Way better than the other National burger joints. Highly recommend.
