Always cooked right with a generous amount of fries

The fries were totally soft and wet when they arrived - I tried reviving them by putting them in the toaster oven to dry out and crisp up again, but the way were packaged (inside a cup, inside a paper bag, inside of a plastic bag, just let them soggy and unsalvageable. Burger was fine.
