pros. large portions, a cheeseburger is the size of a DBL qtr pounder. a regular fry is bigger than a large if you include the bag fries. would easily be able to split between 2 adults. good taste cons. price. it's a lot more than I would want to spend on fast food. a burger, fries and a milkshake came to about 28 before tax. so buying for a family of 4, this really adds up.

I always order the Bacon Cheeseburger and a Shake. Food is always good every time. Everyone is so nice and provides great customer service.

Food was fine, however getting the food was quite a chore. This was the Oakdale Mall Johnson City location. There were several customers like myself who ordered online and were there to pick up. No one acknowledged us. We all stood there while our bags of food sat on a shelf above the French fry station. Two of the three workers were attending to customers who were there to order. The third worker had his head down and never looked in our direction. This went on for about 5 minutes. We just stood there. Finally the man waiting next to me shouted to get someone's attention. I would not recommend this store. They are completely disorganized and ignore their customers.
