The food is alway good but there is alwys some kind of issue. Today I ordered it for pickup and it said it would be ready in 8 minutes but I ended up waiting over half my lunch for my food. Another time they gave my order away to someone else and I had to wait basically my entire lunch for it. The quality is good but it seems like their cook can only work on one speed and it really makes it hard to justify picking this up if there's no guarantee it'll be ready in time.
