I just wanted a chicken bowl with broccoli for the veggie portion which I always ask for. They literally gave me all thick broccoli stems with no actual broccoli! Very disappointing for a $10+ simple bowl.

The beef, which is normally great, was all over-cooked if not burnt. What little there was was full of bones. I'm guessing this was the last of the bin before they replaced it with the good stuff. Not angry. Just disappointed.

I am vegetarian. I ordered Organic Tofu Bowl, like usual. Unlike usual, I found a lot of meat in my bowl. I'm guessing somebody didn't clean their station, but whatever happened, this isn't the usual service I get.

Ordered a Dr. Pepper and received this.. tastes like soda water. Only. Couple ice cubes too. Pretty big bummer considering I'm at work and cant do anything about it. Food is delicious from here, zero complaints there!

Excellent chicken/rice/veg bowl. I'm happy to pay extra fees to get bowls from the SJC location. Other locations just don't compare to the great bowls from this place.
