There was nothing 'big' about Friendly's Patty Melt 'big beef burger'. The Patty was dry and as thin as the bread. The bread was greasy and soft/soggy, not the crunch you should have with a grilled sandwich. I added my own red onion and Swiss which made it edible.
The Pastrami SuperMelt was dry, with soft/soggy bread, and you couldn't find the cheese, 1,000 island dressing, or coleslaw. We DID find a pickle slice! The onion rings were OK, but the broccoli was stone cold.
This was not cheap for two sandwiches and two sides. We won't be ordering from Friendly's again. Too expensive for subpar food.

only got 6 dinky fried pickles total and 3 tendies in my Munchie Mania™ which was kinda sad. Food tasted good, usually I like friendly's but the amount of food I got was not worth the price I paid. was expecting more :(

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. It was freezing cold and the amount they give is not worth the price. The shake was good however. I'll stick to ordering their ice cream and shakes from this point on.

I ordered the Legendary Honey BBQ Chicken SuperMelt. I didnt make any changes, I didnt say no chicken. Why did I get a grilled cheese!? I realize it was probably just a simple mistake but not including tax, tip, or DoorDash fees, $16 is an expensive mistake.
