I cannot give anything but high praise for this restaurant. With my choice of the Build Your Own Bowl , it was prepared entirely correctly with the freshest of ingredients. The amount of each ingredient was surprisingly generous.
The (NEW)Strawberry Coconut Slush was refreshing and extremely enjoyable. This will definitely be a repeat order for me.In the near future.

Crouching tiger roll was delicious and filling. All the flavors went together very well. Packaged with care.
I also had a strawberry pineapple smoothie with strawberry boba , super tasty. Loved the reusable cup.

Definitely heavier than typical sushi, very filling, very fat cuts of fish, keep in mind if u order for 1 or 2 people. This amount was too much for 2 ppl. 2 rolls, shrimp Tempura Shrimp (6 Pieces) and Takoyaki (6 Pieces) was easily 2 meals for us. We definitely should have only ordered one of these rolls since they were fattier creamier in consistency also. More ginger served may have helped to refresh the palate. This is as American as sushi gets. Not in a bad way necessarily just not "refreshing full" feeling like authentic Japanese. Hence the "fusion" in their name. I will say everything arrived perfect temp so the kitchen and my delivery person were both fast. The Takoyaki (6 Pieces) could have definitely used more octopus a couple of them felt a bit unbalanced and mostly dough. More scallion and bonita flakes on top would also be good. Overall definitely a good asian fusion go-to for Milwaukee just some pointers when ordering and for the kitchen. If you like wasabi order the wasabi sauce on the side, it's the creamy white dip you see in the photos and was glad I had added that.

Spicy California Roll and California Roll tasted like the ones you buy at the grocery store but decent 5/10 . That (NEW)Strawberry Coconut Slush 10/10 and Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl was amazing everything I was expecting and more arrived still warm 10/10 my favorite and I'll be back to order it again!!

Food is always made fresh and hot. I got the Gyūdon (Beef) Rice Bowl this time and the beef was nice and tender, perfectly paired with the ginger and sprouts. Every bite is satisfying! The drinks are great and the Crab Rangoon(6 Pieces) is a must have.
