I ordered the Tantan Spicy Ramen on whim on a very cold February afternoon to warm up. I didn't have the highest hopes because I've only found one place in the Quad Cities that had good ramen and I assumed they'd still be working out the kinks of a new business. Ginza far exceeded my expectations. I will note it was more of a subtle spice but that was perfect for me. You may be able to request it spicier if needed. This will definitely become a new regular place to dine at for my ramen loving family.

Ran into an issue with my first order, so I sent into a second one. They not only remade it perfectly, but also called and checked if everything was alright. The Tantan Spicy Ramen and th Wonton Ramen have the soup packed seperately so the noodles and oter toppings dont overcook. Everything was nice and hot. Id reccomend everyone eat here at least once.

Veggies and sauce were very flavorful. Steak and chicken were a little tough, but less noticeable when mixed with sauce and rice. The fried rice was VERY undercooked. Possibly because we ordered later in the evening. Ramen was decent enough. Eggrolls were good. Crab Rangoon (6 Pieces) wasnt bad, but it wasnt the thicker crunchy kind I prefer. Will go back once more and see if there's other options worth trying. Also - restaurant was clean, quick, and packaging was great.
