• DoorDash orderHotel California Roll (Deep Fried) had a nice crunch and great flavor. The Spicy California Roll had no spice but was still good.

• DoorDash orderin terms of the food itself, everything was delicious! the Takoyaki is one of my favorites from grey whale. however...
I also got the Tricolor Sushi , and on the doordash menu, it advertises as having 3 pieces each of the three different fish (i.e. a total of 9 pieces). it doesn't. it has two of each (6 pieces). i did see a photo posted by someone else where it only had two of each, so i figured it would only have the six pieces. it also says, though, that it comes with a spicy tuna roll, but mine had a crab and avocado roll. don't get me wrong, everything was delicious, but it's kinda frustrating to have both of those things wrong in the menu description.

• DoorDash orderI'm not sure why, but the 4 variations of sushi I bought all taste relatively the same, even with different sauce embellishments. The Running man isn't that good, it's kinda gross with all the sloppy toppings. The fried sushi were soft, flavorless, and lukewarm. Pretty meh. I've never had Takoyaki before but it looked delicious online. These smell of long dead seafood, and combined with the mushiness of the breading and chewiness of the squid, I couldn't force down more than 2 before feeling ill. Might just be me though, and I just don't like this kind of food (hence the 3 star review). The Hotel and Crunchy Cali's were the most decent tasting, but still VERY meh, and I wouldn't recommend them "fried." Pretty disappointing for a $60 order.

• DoorDash orderI ordered Rainbow Roll and Crunchy California Roll (Deep Fried), which came out perfectly! I loved the flavor of each, although I wish my Crunchy California Roll (Deep Fried) also came with some ginger slices and wasabi. I also ordered the Crab Rangoon, which were generous in filling but I felt like the frying process could've been better. The oil used gave them a slight aftertaste, but not enough to turn me off completely!

• DoorDash orderHonestly everything here has always been delicious... except the soda. Got a coke fountain drink and it tasted like pepper and dirt. Same with the sprite I got. But the food is delish! just skip the soda.
