Half of the rice were like plastic, not edible, may be fresh rice mixed with old/ overcooked rice. Bad!

Nachos were a bit disappointing from a well known franchise. Cheese was sparse and not melted. I ordered sour cream for $1. See if you can find it in the photo. Also, what is with the carrot disc?

not worth the cost, which just keeps increasing at what looks like almost every week when I look at this rate. just *not* worth it, cost to flavor and portion wise in my opinion.

Food is fresh and well packed, unfortunately I paid extra for a large coffee and they sent a medium.
