I've been here many times since they opened in Hamilton. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is not your average fast-food burger place. The burgers are delicious, fresh, and charbroiled when you order. The customer chooses what fixings you desire. The onion rings and fries are tasty, too. And their selection of shakes is so good! A coffee shake is my favorite. The order may take longer, but the food is well worth the wait!

I have never had a disappointing meal here nor have I had a meal that doesn't look like it belonged in an ad… It always looks and tastes perfect. Cheers to the Route 33 habit Burger family in Hamilton!

Chicken bites were either full of fatty tissue or undercooked. Not just 1 piece but multiple pieces. I threw the entire order out. This has never happened before when ordering from them. I filled this out too late so no refund for me which sucks.

Delicious but they forgot the extra bacon we paid for. Aside from the missing bacon, everything else was hot and fresh. The tempura green beans are really Good with ranch! Burgers were so yummy.
