The food Always arrives hot and fresh! The Fajitas Steak Chimichanga is absolutely my favorite, but today I tried the Enchiladas Suizas and I was super happy with it too, the filling was chicken and it was a zesty lime white sauce instead of the normal red enchilada sauce. I was a bit surprised that I didn't get any sides like the rice or beans on either plate, but maybe I missed making the selection on my side of the order, anyway there is always plenty of delicious food given when you order from The Happy Mexican, so it didn't matter at all. Happy Customer!

The Margarita Special was really good, nice and cheesy. I haven't ate the Spinach Quesadilla yet but I'm sure it's good. I thought for sure I ordered a side of queso however it wasnt in the bag.
