As always, Hawthorne's delivers some of the best NY style pizza (The New Yorker) in Charlotte. Always delicious to the point where I can't stop grabbing another slice. The Garlic Knots are a must with any order - they are large, soft, and covered in garlic. We order from Hawthorne's probably 2-3 times a month and it's never been a bad experience - always delicious and satisfying!

$13 for a calzone the size of my wife's hand and $4 for four mushrooms worth of toppings is ridiculous. Hawthornes was always a tad pricey but at least it was tasty; while still tasty, this is not worth these prices by far.

Chicken parm dinner is excellent. I order it most of the time, plentiful it makes 2 dinners for me. Also love chick parm hero, lazagna & kids love the pizzas. Always thrilled with their service & food

The 7 Jumbo Wings were obviously not fresh; they came over microwaved and almost rubbery. The Fried Calamari was also reheated to mush. The breading was soft, and darkened-not fresh. They didn't even bother to remove the cocktail sauce and lemons before overmicrowaving, so the sauce cup came warped. Disappointing this time.

The Chicken Wings are always delicious! We had 3: 9 inch pizzas and they were all fantastic. I have to have the Cauliflower pizza and I promise you'd NEVER know it wasn't just a thin crust pizza. Every time I order from Hawthorne's it's 100% on point!
