My favorite sushi and Salmon & Tuna poke bowl of all time! They would do great as a sit down restaurant as well.

Quality was great as usual, however, there was hardly any salmon or masago on my Pink Dragon Roll(9pcs) . still tasty and what was there was perfect texture and flavor if taken individually as an ingredient so good quality, but I just wish there had been a better balance for flavor of the roll as a whole. the Tuna Nigiri (3pcs) were perfect. right tuna to rice ratio.

tasty but, the Pink Dragon Roll(9pcs) barely had any salmon - would have ordered something else with more salmon if I'd known.
The Tuna Nigiri (3pcs) was good in amount and quality, worth getting as a bit extra so I could share my sushi.

I'm a HUGE fan of this restaurant, but the ahi tuna was way below their usual. The tuna looks like there are white veins, it was SO disappointing, especially for what I paid...

I ordered the salmon sashimi, and while the portions are generous, the quality was seriously lacking. The fish was almost mushy, was falling apart, and had a somewhat slimy texture.
Maybe I got a bad batch, but will definitely order somewhere else next time.
