Normally all is fine with Henry's bagels and coffee. This time the bagel as as good as ever, but something was seriously wrong with my latte. It tasted like it had been on the stove overnight. Burnt and bitter. I know you can do better, you always have before. Please make my mornings joyous again!

The scallion cream cheese just had a lump of wet scallion greens in the middle. The garlic on the everything bagel was burnt and bitter. The Cinnamon Raisin Bagel tasted ok but no exaggeration had literally 2 raisins in it.
