The shrimp lo MEIN was filled with shrimp! The crab Rangoon was creamy and delicious. The hamachi kama was tender and very well prepared. Everything was Five Star excellent!

the sushi was good but I paid $16 for inedible Mongolian beef. I have had this many times in the past and it tastes both burnt and like it's missing sauce.

I gotta say, Hiro 88's Las Vegas roll is amazing, and has quickly become my favorite. Simple ingredients, but combined are fantastic. And for those like me, the mouthfeel has a bit going on with the fried roll, but the rice and fish are very soft from being cooked

The Husker Roll is one of my favorites from Hiro 88. It's the perfect mix of tenderloin, cream cheese and asparagus. I also love the eel sauce on top! They take care when packing the sushi and always include chopsticks and soy sauce packets.
