I absolutely love this store, and often eat eat and drink here in person as they are hands down some of the best coffee around. However, I have now had multiple issues (4-5 times) with DoorDash orders missing items, and it is clearly a restaurant issue and not DoorDash since bags come sealed and printed ticket does not match DD order. I assume there is a manual transfer from DD ticket to their POS system, and items are being missed. Please train employees to read DD/online tickets with care and double check items are not missed.
