Specifically ordered NO CHEESE, beans guacamole or sour cream, it's on my printed receipt & order sheet. So why is my bowl COVERED in cheddar cheese, & too much to easily pick off?

I always specifically order from the Austintown local over any others in the area. They don't skimp on the bowls and my orders are always right! I also appreciate that when I pay an extra charge for extra sour cream that I actually get extra sour cream! Love this location!
