Always Good. I became spoiled. I thought I liked smash burgers. Nope. I will literally not have a burger from a fast food or good joint if it’s not Hotbox Burgers. Food seasoned perfectly. Turkey Burgers are the best!

It was really good I was most surprised about the onion rings they was hot fresh and crispy and soft in the middle my Bacon Cheeseburger no complaints came how i requested my Regular Fries came hot and seasoned

IF I COULD GIVE YA'LL 0 STARS I WOULD!I WOULD NEVERRRRRR ORDER FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER AGAIN. Spent $44.50 on 3 burgers and fries and when my order arrived, one of my burgers was missing. The bag was stapled and plastic bag was tierd into a note so aint no way the driver stole my burger. I been rocking with Hotbox since the little truck. The manager tells me report it to door dash and she packed it she know she put my whole order in the bag! LIES!! Her attitude was off. You need training on resolving customer issues if you want your business to be sucessful. The turkey burgers aren't great and I regret choosing this place over Earlz Grillz, which I highly recommend.

The fries were perfect honestly, not one fry was limp or soggy or undercooked. Fried perfectly. The impossible burger was so legit I forgot I ordered "impossible"... I'll let this review speak for itself *claps* first impression was NAILED
