the chicken tonight was dry but that is rare for us as we've eaten there almost weekly since they've opened up. the fries were definitely old. it was ready though as soon as I got there so I didn't have to wait long. this doesn't deter me from eating there again every place has an off period of day. the girl that answered the drive through was very nice and friendly. the staff there generally always is.

The fries were lukewarm, soggy, and way over-seasoned with some kind of blend that had an overwhelming amount of cayenne pepper. The grilled tenders were okay, but the fry seasoning got into them and overwhelmed everything. The best part of the meal was the banana pudding, and even then, it left something to be desired. The ranch dipping sauce tasted like a salt bomb. If it's made in-house, someone didn't measure out the proportions correctly. I saw a review on here that stated that this place was "better than Zaxby's," so I felt inclined to test that theory. As it turns out, I'll just stick with Zaxby's in the future.

The chicken was great. However the fries were horrible u could tell the oil was old, they were dry and tasteless. No salt no seasoning. The bland Hury sauce couldn't even fix the problem however un edible fries our a big red flag for me especially with the price tag.

I absolutely love Magoos along with some coworkers. We probably order 3 times a week & always good. However I ordered late with 24 mins left to place an order & that was not a good idea. Chicken 5 Original Bites & frCrinkle-Cut Fries, Large were cold (not a big deal) but my chicken 5 Original Bites tasted old or odd, idk exactly. I do know that the other 100 times we've ordered its been delicious. I just know not to order near closing time. The homemade sauces/dressing honey mustard & ranch are 100% perfectly prepared !
