Nuggets were tasty & fresh & the much needed coffee was warm & unspilt. A wonderful meal after receiving 2 very trashed, spilt & spoiled meals from Macca's twice in a row that even my dog wouldn't rate. I will never order from them again. I have no useable kitchen, fridge or pwr points due to an electrical issue here & live alone with my Assistance Dog so thankyou so very much for the best & much needed coffee ever.

ordered a medium Jack's Fried Chicken Hunger Tamers the chicken royal tasted like it was a day old being stale Chicken nuggets were stale and the Jack's Fried Chicken burger bun was burnt and the back I added on it was that tough it was like I was chewing on cardboard

Chips and nuggets were cold even though driver was quick with the delivery time. Burgers weren't have half bad as they still had a bit of warmth in them. Could go easy on the saucing though was a tad bit heavy with the cheeseburger. All in all it was a decent meal for a late night order as i was starving. I like HJ's but definitely had better quality than this before. Will continue to give them a chance well before going back to maccas food.

Called over to change my order from gravy chips to cheesy chips when I was called over. The staff said they’d take note and make the change, but I still ended up receiving gravy chips in the end.
