We found this place in 2020. They ha the BEST Rangoons in the city. The prices are a little steep but we normally get several meals from one order.
Today, some of the Rangoons were over cooked and my husband said his lomien and fried rice tasted slighty burned.
Today is NY so maybe the cook was hung
Any we wont stop or Some of the Rangoons were perfection and my dumplings were great.

You know a restaurant's Management Model is TOP DRAWER when you order "last call" delivery for the night ... And EVERYTHING is as FRESH, HOT, and DELICIOUS as if they had just opened!! 103. Fried Crab Rangoons were good! 323. Kung Pao Chicken wasnt spicy and didnt have much flavor. 619. Empress Shrimp was really good with big shrimp. Hot and sour 203. Hot & Sour Soup was good.
