The Chaufa De Pollo / Chicken Chaufa and the Lomo Saltado / Sautéed Tenderloin were delicious. We did not receive the Mousse de Maracuya / Passion Fruit Mousse, but the tres leches they sent us instead was delicious.
The Linguini Verde Con Bistec / Green Linguini with Steak was extremely tender and well cooked with a great herby green sauce that complemented the steak well. The Ensalada de la Casa / House Salad was what you'd expect, no dressing but the avocado was a good touch

Linguini Verde Con Bistec / Green Linguini with Steak was absolutely amazing just as pictured noodles have so much flavor steak is thick and great proportion! Salmón Asado / Salmon Grill was decent didn't have any seasoning or too much flavor
