Best West Indian/ Carribean food in Winston Salem that I've had so far. The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. The rice and peas was perfect along with the seasoned cabbage and sweet plaintain. I enjoyed it and will order again.

The fried cabbage was great and seasoned well, the peas and rice were a bit slushy and I could tell it was from the bottom of the pot because it was scorched but not burned. The Jerk chicken did not taste freshly prepared and cooked. parts were hard and tough. the chicken taste as well it may have been prepared and cooked a day or two before and they reheated before they served it. the portion size was good for the price, but I only ate half the portion because the rest of the food wasn't the best. I also hope that the jerk Jerk chicken would be a bit more spicier. I would return because the food had a nice flavor but I would definitely ask it is fresh before placing my order, so that I could enjoy my meal fully and entirely.

I ordered the oxtails with extra orders of rice and beans and extra orders of cabbage with jerk chickenfor my wife. Never received any of my sides and got 7 small pieces of oxtail which were cut from the tip. Probably 3 oz of meat for 28.00. They have since taken it off the menu probably due to complaints. Food was excellent but not worth your hard earned money.

The Oxtail was delicious. I loved the rice and beans and the Sweet Plantains . The food was hot and it was a good size portion. Although I would have loved a little more oxtails. They were tender and seasoned well. The packaging was terrific with the container that was sturdy and sealed in the temperature well. I will order again.
