J. Alexander’s never disappoints. From the atmosphere to the service to the perfectly prepared meals, everything feels a step above. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the quality of the food truly speaks for itself. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a treat-yourself kind of night, it’s one of my favorite spots to enjoy a great meal. Highly recommend the prime rib—or honestly, anything on the menu. Always a wonderful experience.

I usually love J Alexander's food and especially the Alex salad. It's always had so many good veggies, bacon and cheese. I ordered the grilled chicken breast as an extra. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container and found only lettuce and 4 croutons bu nothing else except the extra chicken breast. I added some of my own salad fixings at home. I won't order from this restaurant on Door Dash again and I believe I should get my money back.

One of the less exciting experiences I've had. Missing CHICKEN PASTA SOUP and DEVILED EGGS. That leads us to missing coleslaw from our MR. JACK’S CRISPY CHICKEN PLATTER. When opening up our $22 ALEX'S SALAD there was 1/4 of the container filled. Really like this restaurant but this by far was one of the worst experiences we have had.

CARROT CAKE not as pictured-just 1 layer and a little frosting. LOADED BAKED POTATO had very little toppings. Definitely not worth the price based on size and quality

I got GRILLED SALMON FIRE-GRILLED ARTICHOKES with a LOADED BAKED POTATO I abso loved everything about my meal! My husband got ROASTED PORK CHOP with CALAMARI and a ASIAN AHI TUNA SALAD I was no a not a fan of his salad but he loved it ! We got a VERY BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE to share and it is great very den tho think choco brownie cake! So glad we got to split it because its Alot ! We go a couple times a year here and they never disappoint! I was nervous about having to order food from them and not getting the same quality but NOPE THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB !!!!!
