Absolutely no sauces were included. Nothing for fries. Even the teriyaki bowl, which I ordered with EXTRA sauce, had not even the normal amount. Burgers were dry, overcooked. One of my drinks wasn't sent. I've ordered from Jack multiple times from different locations. This store is consistently bad.

Not freshly made! The fries were limp and cold. Drink was warm with no ice and nuggets were over cooked! I rather pay for long distance delivery than order from here again. Disappointing.
