My Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese looks nothing like the advertisement which I dont expect miracles but its looking rough. Smashed flat and very dry. A tomato the size of a 50¢ piece. Dissappointing. I was really looking for to it.

jumbo jack was fine. soda and Red Bull refresher is good. sadly no straws again. sad I won't be able to have it at the register after my lunch break. I pretty much have to chug down a large soda and the redbull in 30 minutes kinda sucks.

I'm putting a 1 star because this is the second time they have added cheese to my order when it in no way, shape, or form requested it. If I wanted cheese, I would have ordered it. Large Jumbo Jack® Combo

The food was cold and for the cheeseburger it wasn't supposed to have ketchup and mustard. Also the milkshake was watery.
